Manifold tab
Click on the help button for step by step explanation of interface features!
- View gene expression manifold.
- Color manifold by gene expression.
Genes tab
- Two genes can be compared over the manifold.
- For changing the point size of the metacells or the selected genes in the Gene/Gene window, click on More button in top right corner of the window.
- Single-click on a cell type will make appear/disappear the metacells from this cell type.
- Double-click on a cell type will only show metacells from this cell type. A second double-click will show all metacells again.
Clicking on any metacell will select it for further examination in the Diff. Expression tab.
Diff. Expression tab
Two metacells / groups of metacells / cell types can be compared for differential expression.
Annotate tab
- Assign cell types and colors to metacells
Cell types
- You can show a boxplot summary of gene expression or gene module over metacells grouped by cell types. Click on More in the upper right corner for changing the selected gene.
